Storage & shelf-life
Edible sheets stay vivid when they're kept flat, sealed and away from moisture. A little care goes a long way.
- Store flat & sealed in the original packaging until you're ready to apply.
- Room temperature, away from sunlight and humidity — avoid the fridge or freezer.
- Use within the recommended window on your packaging for the brightest colour and best flexibility.
- Apply close to serving — ideally within a few hours — for the freshest finish.
- Keep sealed until use; exposure to air can dry the sheet and make it brittle.
